Programmed a DMG Mori mill-turn to cut bevel gear teeth on aerospace shafts
Built a manufacturing cell for rail drill bits and helped launch a cordless crimping tool line
Modified a Haas VF11 enclosure for oversize parts and added a right-angle head
Helped bring a Toyoda SB416 bridge mill onto the floor
Ran an independent precision job shop, quoting, programming and inspecting every part

Racing

Fitz MotorSports runs my off-road racing program. I race a 2020 KTM 1290 adventure bike, a KTM 450 and a 2008 Husaberg 650. Best result so far: 1st place in Adventure Bike Sportsman Moto at the 2022 Mint 400, on the 1290, number A113.

Project in the shop

Car 113: road to Baja

A 1983 Chaparral desert race car I bought and am restoring, with the goal of racing it in Baja within the next five or more years. Build progress will be posted here.

Front brake rotors are designed, laser cut and installed. The front axle beam and an aluminum fuel cell are designed and waiting to be made. See the full build page.
